In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ku9n", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operators of the ku9n platform accessible at ku9n.io and all associated sub-domains and mobile-optimised versions of that platform.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on or otherwise uses the ku9n platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the ku9n platform following successful registration and verification.
• "Platform" means the website at ku9n.io, including all casino games, sports betting products, live dealer games, payment systems, promotional tools and account management features made available through it.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's ku9n Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, free bet or other incentive credited to a Player's Account by ku9n.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games or markets before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by ku9n before a Player may withdraw funds or access certain account features.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the reference timezone used for all time-based provisions in these Terms & Conditions.

By accessing the ku9n Platform — whether by browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and ku9n. If you do not agree with any provision of this agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

Access to and use of the ku9n Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an active Account.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of any employee or contractor of ku9n.
5. You have not previously had an Account on the ku9n Platform that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

ku9n reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during a Player's use of the Platform. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in our request will result in Account suspension until verification is complete.

To access the full functionality of the ku9n Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact number or email address.

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one Account on the ku9n Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ku9n employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate Accounts.

Where a duplicate Account is identified, ku9n reserves the right to close all associated Accounts without notice, void any pending or settled wagers placed from those Accounts and forfeit any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your Account is accurate and current. If any of your personal details change — including your contact number, residential address or payment method — you must update your Account accordingly. ku9n will not be liable for any losses arising from failure to maintain accurate Account information.

All ku9n Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made in other currencies will not be accepted. All game stakes, winnings, bonus credits and withdrawal amounts are expressed and processed in BDT with no hidden conversion charges applied by ku9n.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS where offered — this feature is strongly recommended.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• Never disclose your password to ku9n customer support — our agents will never ask for your password.
• Notify ku9n immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

ku9n will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where such access results from a Player's failure to maintain adequate security over their login credentials. However, once ku9n has been notified of suspected unauthorised access, we will take immediate steps to secure the Account.

ku9n currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in BDT. ku9n reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account dashboard. These limits may vary based on your Account verification status. Fully KYC-verified Accounts typically benefit from higher transaction limits.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may be required to submit identity documents before their first withdrawal is processed. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

ku9n reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Players will be notified if such checks are required and the timeline for processing will be communicated accordingly.

Wherever operationally possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control and is not negotiable. If the original payment method is no longer available, the Player must contact support to arrange an alternative withdrawal route subject to additional verification.

ku9n offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general bonus conditions, the specific promotion's terms will prevail.

All Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Until the wagering requirement has been met in full, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn.

Not all games and betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution rates applicable to each game category will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. As a general principle, slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Play'n GO typically contribute at a higher rate than live casino table games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, though the specific rates vary by promotion.

Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers will have their Account suspended and all associated Bonus Funds and winnings forfeited.

All bets and game rounds placed on the ku9n Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, which are accessible within each game interface or market view. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bets accepted by the ku9n Platform are final and binding. ku9n does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed except in specific circumstances defined in individual game or market rules.
• In the event of a technical fault or error in the display of odds, prices or game outcomes, ku9n reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Players concerned.
• ku9n reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or game rounds. These limits will be communicated to Players where applicable.
• Cricket betting markets covering the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, IPL and all Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC or equivalent).
• Live in-play markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. Connectivity issues or delays in receiving live data may occasionally result in the temporary suspension of in-play betting on specific markets. ku9n will not be liable for losses arising from such suspensions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ku9n Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

1. Registering an Account using false, misleading or third-party personal information.
2. Accessing the Platform while under the age of 21.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform or interact with games in a manner not intended for human players.
4. Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match or betting market.
5. Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit pricing discrepancies across markets or platforms.
6. Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial transaction associated with criminal activity.
7. Attempting to access, interfere with or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software, security systems or data infrastructure.
8. Engaging in harassment, threats or abusive communication toward ku9n staff or other Players via any channel.

All content on the ku9n Platform — including but not limited to the ku9n brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ku9n or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any ku9n intellectual property without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by ku9n under licence. Any unauthorised use of such content is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may also constitute an infringement of the relevant studio's intellectual property rights.

ku9n collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an Account you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

ku9n shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ku9n has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

ku9n reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ku9n will provide advance notice to Players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ku9n operates the Platform for players in Bangladesh and designs its products and policies to be consistent with responsible gaming standards recognised internationally.
